If you would like to change or cancel your order Contact Us immediately on 028 308 25787. If your order has not been dispatched we will arrange a cancellation and a refund or exchange.If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our Returns Procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
You can keep up to date with the progress of your order from order placement to dispatch by logging on to Your Account and View Your Orders.
Once your order has been dispatched we will email you any available tracking information so as you can track your delivery. If no tracking information is available we will provide as much information as possible on estimated delivery dates.

Cold Pressed Juice Cleanse Terms
If Inner Angel Nutrition is contacted 24-hours prior to the dispatch date we will re-allocate your delivery date or issue a refund if required. Re-allocation must take place within 1 calendar month of the original specified delivery date and re-allocations may be to a different address (delivery surcharges may apply).
Once delivered, due to the nature of the product we are unable to offer refunds or returns.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
All Inner Angel Nutrition cold pressed juices are dispatched via DPD on a 24 hour service.
A delivery charge is applicable to all orders. A variable surcharge will apply on premium delivery services and certain postcodes.
All supplementary products ordered will be shipped together with your juices.
All parcels are instructed to be left safe, however on some occasion when the incorrect instructions are provided, the delivery driver may return the item to the depot and it may as a result be destroyed due to its perishable nature. Inner Angel Nutrition cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of deliveries once they have been correctly left as per your instructions or if your instructions are insufficient or unclear and the product is returned to the depot.
At Inner Angel Nutrition we are committed to providing our subscribers and/or customers with exceptional service. As providing this service involves the collection, use and disclosure of some personal information about our subscribers and customers, protecting their personal information is one of our highest priorities.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

All returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure they have been returned in a satisfactory condition. Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned item:
We do not offer a service to exchange good purchased online. If you are in receipt of an unwanted item you will need to follow our Returns Procedure and then place a new order.
Our Returns service does not apply for international orders.

If you arrange a return without contacting us and receiving a confirmation email permitting you to book the return at our cost then you will be liable for all return costs incurred.
Your order will be dispatched between 1-2 business working days. With the exception of Juice Cleanses, which will be shipped between Monday and Wednesday only, to ensure that your chilled juice products reach you in a timely matter before the weekend.
